Data forms and instructions for the Oklahoma Winter Bird Atlas Project are available in PDF format, which you can open, view, and print with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

These forms and instructions are provided for the convenience of volunteers who have signed up to help with this project.  Please sign up (instructions) before participating in surveys.

Please note that forms printed on most inkjet printers will not stand up to moisture (rain, sweat, coffee, etc.), so it is better to photocopy inkjet-printed forms for use in the field.
